DUTIES ON DECK

CRM Campaigns & Content

  • Create and publish high-performing marketing content (travel deals, magazines, news) across CRM channels: Email, App Push, In-Appmessage, WhatsApp
  • Spot travel trends and understand what interest our French audience
  • Segment our audience based on behavior, preferences, and engagement data to deliver highly personalized and relevant messaging
  • Own the CRM content calendar and campaign planning to ensure alignment with business priorities and seasonal travel trends
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and continuously optimize content, timing, and targeting to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
  • Help Global CRM team to build customer journeys and automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, loyalty) to drive long-term engagement
Performance & Optimization
  • Drive traffic and revenue growth through CRM campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
  • Monitor KPIs and turn insights into concrete performance improvements
Collaboration & Growth Projects
  • Work closely with the international CRM team
  • Partner with Key account and Social teams to launch growth campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing, and Content teams to maximize reach and impact

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

  • You are passionate about travel and you know the trends
  • Native-level French (must) with full professional fluency in English (must)
  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role, ideally in a B2C environment (e-commerce, travel, retail, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and strong knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms)
  • Excellent project management skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A true passion for writing — you love crafting engaging, high-performing content
  • Strong understanding of the French travel market and customer behavior
  • Creative yet data-driven, comfortable turning insights into impactful campaigns
  • Organized, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable results
  • You feel comfortable working 100% remotely and being in touch and working with a team via chats and google meet
