DUTIES ON DECK
- Provide clean data sets to end users, modeling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions
- Create a self-serve and data-driven environment with stakeholders
- You understand data transformation, aggregation and data modeling very fluently
- Deliver well-defined, transformed, tested, documented, and code-reviewed data sets
- Train business users on how to use data visualization analysis
- Create and maintain data documentation and definitions
- Translate Marketing, Content, Product data for self-service data insights into real-time easy to use solutions
YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
- Experience of up to 5 years working in a similar core technical role profile
- Build and manage cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift/BigQuery/Snowflake)
- Worked with Y42/DBT/Airflow
- Experience with at least one Business intelligence (BI) tools (Looker/PowerBI/Tableau/DBT)
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and procedures
- Fluent in Python and Statistical analysis, and understand hypothesis testing
- Experience working with different data source types
- Implementation and working experience on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premise databases
EXTRA KNOTS FOR
MUST-HAVE DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
- Online marketplace or E-commerce product understanding and experience is preferred
- Travel Industry based product experience is a huge plus
