At HolidayPirates, we’re looking for a Working Student – IT Support to help keep our crew connected and our systems sailing smoothly.

If you’re a tech-savvy student who loves solving problems, supporting a diverse and friendly team, and learning in a fast-paced international environment, this might be the perfect voyage for you!
Join us  alongside your studies and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure  while helping our pirate ship run at full speed!

• Requirements: The role requires you to be actively studying for at least the next 6 months.

DUTIES ON DECK

• Prepare MacBooks, software and services for new pirates and welcome them onboard. And when the time comes, sunset leavers and take back logins and hardware.
• Maintain office hardware – from printers to the Karaoke setup
• Provide software and services training using live webinars, prerecorded videos and knowledge base articles
• Keep our IT systems and processes documented and up to date
• Maintain our asset inventory database
• Collaborate closely with the IT Leads and Office Management
• Be the first level go-to tech hero for our crew via walk-ups, Jira tickets, email, and chat

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

• A friendly team player with great communication skills
• Good knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting
• Training or apprenticeship in an IT-related field
• Fluency in English, German basic skills appreciated
• Willingness to grow and learn more in the IT field
